you really don't know that? if you really don't know that, you have to not really understand their ideology. it is built into their ideology.
proof
MBH wasn't that much of a threat and they didn't support armed uprise but Taliban was already an armed group even when SISI overthrow Morsi the MBH refused to take arms.revolution is revolution.... the fundamental aim of revolution is to change the system... whether armed or not armed is just the means
and even if what you say is true it makes sense you must unite the Muslims even if they have some false beliefs you cant build a nation just by Salafis.you really don't know that? if you really don't know that, you have to not really understand their ideology. it is built into their ideology.
and even if what you say is true it makes sense you must unite the Muslims even if they have some false beliefs you cant build a nation just by Salafis.
and I said that MBH is a modern Islamic movement not like Taliban which is a fundamental Islamic movement
MBH want slow revival not blitzkrieg like Talibanwe don't need to be united with Shia, types like Ilhan Omar, Yasir Qadhi, etc... and we especially can't allow them in high positions... can you imagine what a joke it would be for Muslims to die for a revolution and then an Ilhan Omar type ends up dictating policy after the "victory"?
MBH want slow revival not blitzkrieg like Taliban
so you want to take people who lived under secularism and many decades and turn them into Islamic in few years.a slow revival by waging a revolution fisabi secular democracy???? what are they reviving? Thomas Jefferson?
so you want to take people who lived under secularism and many decades and turn them into Islamic in few years.
yes, support to start with the secular state then slowly change it.
MBH didn't sell anything and they suffered a lot.let me propose a thought experiment:
you have two options
A- You can become influential within the government. You can become a member of Congress. A high-up elite has offered to have it arranged. However- you have to endorse feminism, lgbt, you have to attend a pride march, you have to give speeches in defense of democracy and secularism and you have to praise the US forces in Afghanistan and denounce the Taliban.
B- You remain as an ordinary person but you remain true to your principles.
What is the correct option? The kind of thing in A is exactly what NOT to do. And let's be real- that's the MB type approach. You sell out your principles in exchange for advancement. It's not even clear whether you are fighting on behalf of principles or just for power. It isn't really different than someone selling out their principles for money or whatever other form of personal gain. There has to be lines that you as a Muslim are not willing to cross.
