I wouldn't say we are hated as much in the UK now as we were in the late 90s to early 2010's i guess the Brits got used to us. And to be honest the only reason why Eritreans aren't facing any stereotype is because they are not widely known and also aren't muslim and usually quickly assimilate once they reach the west while is the quite opposite for Somalis in the west. Was it u i was speaking about them with on another thread about america? Or another user? But anyway there are alot of eritreans already in the west, in america especially but i dont see cadaans viewing them badly

You bring up a good point, however it will take years to shed the horrible labels of us. Every group has went through being seen in a negative light and they were able to create a new image of themselves which is entirely positive.

Some of us are not fobs either in the uk and us. The earliest of us arrived in the usa the same time as them.
They are christians at the end of the day, probably why they have better image than us and assimilate easily

And yes i have seen the challenges on the media, in 5-10 year time we will see

London and I see some of them in the mosque and they are lots of them who go to my college
