I’m really lean rn. Ever since finished studies been on cardio/gym, was 13% last time I checked. Best shape I’ve been in a while

I’ve never been fat. But unfit for sure.

Random day 2 meals low carb foods, salads eggs, fish etc. I space out the time I eat between like 11pm - 6pm. Don’t eat much after just drink water, try to get those intermittent fasting benefits.
