Yes, and this are the places that I've visited so far: Xamar, Balcad, Jilib, Jamaame, Mareerey, Hargeisa, Garowe, Eyl.
In the future I would love to go and see: Burco, Sheekh, Ceerigaabo, Laascaanood, Baydhabo, kismanyo.
