The hamatic/Kushitic race includes somalis yes.
But whites are as foriengn as west africans to the Cushitic peoples. We are distantly related to 9tuer afro asiatics but cushites are sort of a odd one out compared to the rest which blended into the Arab world and all have a certain look not found in Cushitic people.
We are our own race, nations & civilization. We have similarities with our neighbours like the semites & nilotics who are both distant relatives of cushites, but generally the horn africans are a distinct group.
There’s never been a “Cushitic” civilisation. The Kushites were part of the Nile Valley civilisation that originated in Ancient Egypt and the Ancient Habeshas were part of the South Arabian cultural zone, for instance they worshiped Arabian Gods, spoke related languages etc.
