I am headed there niyow.This past week I had high level of anxiety but after finding out my results it's gone. Find out the cause of your stress and try to address it.
Quit ****. Helped me with brain fog and self-diagnosed depression. Get better sleep too. Try to be happy. Always think positively. Don't orcs yourself to do things that you don't enjoy.
