how do you deal with stress

This past week I had high level of anxiety but after finding out my results it's gone. Find out the cause of your stress and try to address it.

I am headed there niyow.
I am perpetually stressed. I can feel my body giving up slowly now.
I am going to quit my shaqo actually. Thanks @cadaado that would remove a load off my back.

Quit ****. Helped me with brain fog and self-diagnosed depression. Get better sleep too. Try to be happy. Always think positively. Don't orcs yourself to do things that you don't enjoy.
