When ever i get angry with someone instead of raging with anger I picture them dead in my mind for like 3 seconds asking myself if this is the last conversation i have with them how would i feel? What if instead of them i die and this last conversation they had with me ? then it immediately changes the way i react i start to feel sorry for them then instead reacting i calmly handle what ever the argument is with logic i apologize if i am wrong.. i don't know if this is a maturity thing or if am weird.started doing this abt 3 years ago
it works though walahi anger is bad it gives you stress and wrinkles lol and regrets.
