How do you deal with Anger?

When ever i get angry with someone instead of raging with anger I picture them dead in my mind for like 3 seconds asking myself if this is the last conversation i have with them how would i feel? What if instead of them i die and this last conversation they had with me ? then it immediately changes the way i react i start to feel sorry for them then instead reacting i calmly handle what ever the argument is with logic i apologize if i am wrong.. i don't know if this is a maturity thing or if am weird.started doing this abt 3 years ago
it works though walahi anger is bad it gives you stress and wrinkles lol and regrets.

When I get angry I go into screaming match with the other person and then immediately cry, they eventually apologize even though they were angry with me. Then I use this apology as a leverage and berate them some more.

When I'm angry I break stuff, it could be a furniture, laptop a wall or a qumayos face.. I can't help it :manny:

Im rarely angry. In the special occasion that I’m actually angry then it’s me being angry at the world or myself rather than being angry towards a specific person. I just cry to the point I almost have a headache, followed by drinking chamomile tea and sleep

Anger usually comes from other external factors and not just verbal quarrels, you need to do an AMA with your psyche and find the through source of your vexation

With enough introspection you'll be able to let go of your anger or at least be mentally aware enough to handle it before it even kicks in.

Having a boxing bag in your house or in your local gym helps a lot. Punch hard as possible for a couple of minutes and all the anger will be gone. You could take out your mattress and let it stand on the wall and punch it until it releases.
