with the amount of fitna in the west, i'd advise my brothers and sisters to get married as soon as possible, even if you're in school. the fitna here is real and not a joke.
and zina is a serious sin in Islam. Allah says do NOT even come close to Zina, forget about actually committing it!
Of course have some money saved, and so on, but remember: Allah promises wealth for the one who marries to protect themselves from the sins of the private parts, so if you believe in Allah-the one who never lies and never breaks his promises, marry.
