Honest question for anti kacaan and anti Siad Barre people

As a nation we can't progress if we don't analyze our past and learned from our mistakes.
Siad Barre got to power in 1969 with a coup, his governement has some positive aspects like : mass litteracy program, affordable schools, good army etc. But there were also negative sides: corruption, crackdown on opposition, massacres against civilians etc.
In the late 80s many people hated Siyaad and the rebellion started.
The USC took control of Xamar in 1991, Siad Barre left the country.
How do you justify the behavior of the USC anti kacaan militias ?
The guy they hated ran away, they won but instead of rebuilding the country and fixing Siad mistakes they started killing each other, killing random daroods, destroying bulidings, looting the national wealth, disbanded the army and damaged most equipment. After 30 years the war is still going on so my question is Why? Wasn't Siad the source of all evils according to you? He left 30 years ago and died 25 years ago and in 2021 we still have people saying '91 ayaa loo noqonayaa.
Most middle eastern and african countries had dictators, most of them removed their dictators from power, all of them except Somalia and Libya still managed to somewhat recover from their civil wars

I'll add one more thing.
I can understand the Isaaq SNM or the MJ SSDF.
They fought against Siyaad and then focused on their regions once he was removed.
As MX wadani even though I'm against separstism i think that SNM and SSDF did at least some logical things. On the other hand USC acted irrationally, they had almost ALL of southern Somalia for themselves. They could have shared power and at least rule the South but instead they destroyed every single state institution that was left.
When Siad left on 26th January 1991 Somalia still had state institutions a few years later it was hell on earth with no governement

Even if siad left the country his son and son in law had militias controlling the border with kenya fighting against USC or hawiya and tried to retake Xamar but failed to do so. So faqash wasn't technically defeated in the south

Its been 30 years since Siad Barre yet people are still blaming him for everything.

All the problems today are due to Somalis not working together.

That's a poor excuse.
The last pockets of Marexaan militias had no chance of recapturing the city. It was over as soon as Siad left the country.
Anyway from 1992 to 2017 marexaan had no significant power.
What excuse do USC militias have ? Especially between 1992 and the late 90s they had time to stop the crazy war before it was too late.
They chose to keep going with their insanity

manshallah, siad was anti qabilist :rejoice:

All he cared about was staying power, he’ll use qabiil card if it benefits him and throw it away if it doesn’t lol

Rebels from all over the country were fighting a communist dictatorship thats the origin of the problem I have never seen a single Marexaan admit to in all my years of living.

All the rebel militias did after come second to that act of tearing down any semblance of a social contract, trust between clans, and any independent institutions for central power.

Biggest liar.

they weren’t all supporters. Those in his family maybe, but majority of marehan during that time were normal people going about their lives. Yes, some opposed his government and were persecuted. Now farmaajo? Farmaajo has marehan support base. Separate the two. Most darood have a positive opinion of Siad, not just mx with the exception of Mj. Mj are mostly neutral leaning on dislike.

Barre was horrible, USC was worse.

Only decent period was 1950-1969.
my list of the Best periods from best to worse
1960-1969 because we had democracy
1969- 1977 because we had stability
1977-1990 because we still had a governement even though Siad was becoming brutal
1950-1960 because we had stability even though we were colonized
2010-2021 because we started getting better despite still being a mess
1991-2010 worse period because we had chaos
