1. Migiurtinia basically Nugaal and Bari provinces. No Gaalkacyo
2. Mudugh i.e. mostly what is now Galgaduud and Mudug, roughly equivalent to what Galmudug claims
3. Hiiraan
4. Benaadi i.e. mostly what is now Muqdisho region and 2 Shabeelle regions
5. Alta Giuba roughly Gedo and the RX dominated region
6. Basso Giuba pretty much what is now Lower Juba and Middle Juba

There was no election in East Sanaag and Sool's residents boycotted it, it was covered on social media and this forum in great detail. You suffer from an inferiority complex yourself to be talking about complexes. Your HY and the Hawadle suffer from the same predicament, you are under the thumb of larger tribes, it won't end by demarcating new borders.

People in Qandala, Xaafuun, Calmiskaad, even Burtinle feel that PL is an Aaran Jaan kleptocracy and power is unfairly distributed so they join militant groups allegedly led by foreigners and exiled Isaaq commanders

Like I said the easternSanaag region participated even if many residents chose not to vote. Lets call it a partial boycott if that makes you happy. JSL must invest more on getting those residents to participate in the next election
