You’d expect the Banaadir local government to build roads, hospitals better drainage system etc with all the money they collect but nah, they just put it in their pockets. The business owners have refused to open their businesses and have taken it to the streets. Madaale needs to step down. He is harming the city.

Nah i doubt anything would come out of it, we are unfortunately negligible in Xamar compared to other Daroods I'd say most of us are invested in waqooyi than Xamar

The issue is proving services for the public. People would complain less if they knew that their money was going to a better healthcare or better infrastructure. Unfortunately we can't say that, the money is taken and nothing is given due to some higher up snatching it.

Forcing people to pay but not proving services makes people angry. They'll feel robbed.

Ofcourse Madaale builds New Roads every month just check his account he is building Main roads and interlock roads inside villages All of that is being paid by the taxes not Aid

Taxes were always paid. The rates have increased many folds. 99% of the roads in Xamar are privately build. Madaale just gets to cut the ribbon out of respect. These businesses are owned by all types of Somalis including your own clan members.
