Yh PPL routine and Muay Thai/BJJ sxb. Lost only ~3kg cause I haven't locked in 😅
That still good progress 6 lbs is no joke. Plus muscle denser so as you get fitter and body fat percentage drops you will look better even though weight hasn’t drastically changed
