I am just like you except being heavy but moving out and having your own apartment is like having a bigger bedroom with kitchen and a toilet. Also you can rent an apartment close to where your parents live maybe an apartment right besides your parents.

Toronto is overvalued. Certain areas in Ottawa are much cheaper.

There are cases where they do ask renters have to meet dietary restrictions but at the end of the day, its their house.

It's like the equivalent of not wanting to rent out to someone who enjoys drinking

Depends on your age and goals. Economy is tough right now, so it's a great idea to live with them and save

If you’re not leaving Canada then don’t move out. Never buy a house in Canada. Get a place in the suburbs of Michigan or something but first get a career in the states and other necessary steps before you move there.

Yes. I initially was going to move out by November but my finances are not where I want them to be…. I have to postpone.
