I’m surprised people aren’t aware of this. It was clear he was planning this before his election, talked about it many times in his speeches. Presidential term is too short and PM should be sackable by President without parliament. These two things will create a lot of stability.

We are a parliamentary country not a presidential democracy.

Since the term of office is written in the constitution (Article 91), the only way to increase the term limit is if they amend the constitution, this is why I think it's foolish to focus just on this one article without focusing on completing the constitution.
