hargeisa climate is good. You donβt even need air conditioning. Mostly warm days and cool nights. But it is dry I admit.

Slums of Hargiesa are the same as slums of Mogdishou. The upscale gated areas beat Hargiesa though, show me any project in Hargiesa like Darusalaam. It is a shame that despite stability and a construction boom in Hargiesa it is still behind.
Hargiesa have better weather being cool up in the mountains with beatiful rolling hills landscape the government failed to capitalize on it.
