@ZodiaK have u guys even developed drainage, water to all neighborhoods? i havent kept up but i do remember no water to half the town. Garowe is getting 50 million water treatment plant not derailing or boasting but focus on infrastructure n manufacturing not 'daar' wasted investment not making money daily.
