Education has to be regulated and available for everybody, it is the equalizer and leads to prosperity no matter what system of governance is used. It's why the Kacaan had such initial success at first despite having quite possibly one of the most impossible tasks on planet earth - creating a standard language for a nomadic society and teaching the majority of the population to read in less than 3 yearsI wonder if it Somalia is facing a similar situation as you have private college,universities popping up offering diplomas or degrees.
