The restricted time is the only downside to being a doctor. There is more freedom in tech in that regard but job security is lacking to say the least.

Wow where do you live? The IT section is where all the jobs are at especially if you want higher salary depending on your degree and qualifications.

Regarding your dream, go for it if that’s your actual dream.
