• Capitalize on PORTS by investing
• Capitalize on Somali natural Resources
• One single Natl Army- working with City Police coordinating on one Data base.
• Every City needs a central office, A central local Water storage and a Natl Federal Water Storage
• Pay Citizens to Plant Trees in Cities
• Create a govt Business where Water is transferred from oceans, purified and taken to Cities per demand/irrigation/farming
• Pick a Black Friday date where Somali Diasporas will do a universal donation of $$$$ to be put on Federal Piggy- Bank to help for emergency needs like Draught and famine
• Basra for President

there will always be corruption, but yes there should be an outer culture of anti corruption for sure. There should balance check --Federal being checked by an independent body. The City Mayor being checked by Federal. Audit specialists. Bribery should be outlawed

I like the idea of FGS directly working with local government in the Districts, this way we bypass alot of the bureaucracy and corruption of FMS.

Badhan is a great example of FGS -> Local government collaboration, unfortunately not all districts are equal and Badhan got ahead because the Minister of planning is from there, he basically give them the cheat code, all the procedures he spells it out for them, whereas other district have to fend for themselves.

He's from Dhahar, and yes Badhan is still more developed, so there goes your theory. But we do have an example of FGS working with districts, that's in Gedo and that doesn't quite do the job from what we've witnessed.

Gedo isn't a federal member state, the help it gets from FGS is because its granted special status, since Kenyan colony in Kismaayo is no longer legitimate FMS and expired, this is why I agree with Basra we need direct FGS ->Local government collaboration making FMS obsolete.
