Politicians crack me up sometimes, with all their gaffes. If they misspeak people be on their neck about it.

I believe what she meant was that black children in the bronx lack access to technology that prevents them from being included in emerging IT industries and from having a voice. Which is true because Children of color are disproportionately Poor in Bronx county. 38% of Black children and 42% of Hispanics and have a higher risk of being homeless

It's true a lot of African Americans are uneducated and can't name 5 countries outside of the US
