Governor of Hiiraan Ali Jeyte Osman tells the residents of Beledweyne to prepare the city for Lower House elections starting next month.

Beledweyne will be hosting 25 seats of the Lower House Parliament. In Hirshabelle State Beledweyne has the most seats in Hirshabelle State covering 2/3 of the total lower house seats in the State.

Ali Jeyte has returned from Mogadishu after meeting with UN officials that are coming to Beledweyne as well as Hirshabelle SEIT that will be arriving to Beledweyne to hold Lower House elections.

Good Gedo has set a precedent for Beledweyne and every city that should have their own MPs elected. Hopefully our Dhullo/Warsan brothers can select theres in Buhoodle and Badhan
