Darood is definitely Targareayans they are born to rule but have been savagely overthrown by Lannister (Hawiyes) who only respect the power of money.

Raxanweyn are the Sullied because they are cheap mercenaries

Isaaq are the Wildlings because they are Northern and speak in strange accent, they also detest southerners.

I prefer isaaq to be wildlings but starks makes sense too. The starks always supported who was king, then shit down south got too messy and they declared themselves king in the north, and they united all the smaller northern clans.
