How do you educate? What’s the first step?

We need to start small. Open a tuition centre where educated somalia from different fields can come and charge a reasonable fee to teach somali kids from the basics up to university level. The when the government implements a proper education system, most of the students would already be familiar with the western style of STEM subjects.
