getting enough protein and calories is hard

first you gotta look up how many calories and protein your body needs, here’s what I eat in a day when I’m gaining weight.

eggs with bread for breakfast, chicken & baasto for lunch & dinner (for example), 100g of peanuts as snack and I drink a calorie shake with oatmeal, milk, banana, peanut butter, honey and scoop of protein powder

Eggs, chicken, tuna and protein powder. Cheap and high in protein.

Other cheap sources of protein is greek yogurth, porridge and peanut butter. I eat this almost daily.

I assume you are skinny so I recommend atleast 3000 calories (you will likely need more).

Many will recommend a ”dirty” bulk, don’t do this. You are harming yourself and you will feel like shit.
