Gen. Abdihamid Dirir is a Brigadier General in the Infantry ground forces which essentially means he commands the ground forces and was given the position through a Presidential Decree from the current President of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo. Therefore, he is very much Legitimate.
