This is a big game changer investment. Clean water to all homes in Garowe. Local health will improve greatly. Next project must be Garowe Central Sewage Plant. If we can address clean water/sewage plus reduce infant mortality thru MCH coverage and give all kids immunisation universally, we will have the best health outcomes when HDI indexes are measured.
