Not really. There's no law in PL that says only MS can become president. MS candidates usually have more money to run for president than others. That's why they win the presidency. But I'll be happy if non MS MJ become PL president. Trust me it will happen. It's just a matter of time.

Because a federated state is meant to be based on 2 or more regions that existed before 1991. North Mudug nor South Mudug don't officially exist only Mudug as one united region exists and it as a whole should be part of either Puntland or (preferably) Galmudug. It shouldn't be split up so PL takes the north and GM takes the south

Why do you keep yapping about Somalia lol. Installed FGS will be sending troops to SSC. In the next 4 years we will see Somaliland crying to IC to help them set up a federal state in Somalia free from FGS.
