Yes your right if we are importing stuff that needs to be in a container we will use barbera. But there is way more somalilanders using bosaso port than there is puntlanders using berbers. In bosaso they tax us 950 dollars to import a small Toyota sedan no matter the brand. In barbera it's almost 2400. Who in their right mind would use berbers
