South Semitic as a valid grouping has been all but discarded these days. Modern South Arabian (which the Mehri language belongs to) is West-Semitic.

Wouldn't the mother have a little arab ancestry as well? The father looks close to my results and my son ended up having 0 percent arab
can you run them on a Neolithic model

The populations the mother descends from don’t have any Arab ancestry from what I have seen so far from public & private cords. My wife’s Arabian & excessive West African is from her father.Even the Fassis are mostly Jewish without any significant Arabian.
Also from what I remember isn’t your non-Berber ancestry mostly Levantine & not Arabian.
It's mostly Arab 22 percent Arab mixed with some Levantine ancestry at about 10 percent, but the thing is I've seen people with lower than 7 percent natufian and still score arab. But my brother is more in line with our family history his less arab, I wonder if I was just the case of recombination which corrected itself in my child?
Any reason why my son prefers Ethiopian, Eritrean and Somali samples to arab samples. My son is scoring 4-5 percent in g25, it seems he shifts towards these samples I even took away the closest Ethiopians to him but he even picks the most distant ones so I'm a little confused as to why

You're from Morocco, you have to use samples that makes sense to your region & family history. Your son doesn't have Horner ancestry just like I don't have Berber or Egyptian ancestry even though with overfitting I prefer Berbers & Egyptians overs Arabians

My cousin got her illustrative dna, she got matched to Nubian 600-960 AD as her closest ancient population, so what does that mean? Is the calculator confused or is Nubian 600-960 AD a cushatic population?

Yes, another reason may simply be SSA. Maghrebis are mostly "Eurasian" with significant SSA, while Horners are generally intermediate. SSA also varies between Maghrebis, especially in certain regions like the South who cluster quite similar to Horners in general.
On vahuduo it shows normal result almost similar to my result, but illustrative we have some differences. Maybe its because i fall between Eritrean and Beni Amer on the PCA, where as my cousin fits perfectly with Ethiopian tigray and Afar.
My sons results in general are strange, he has stuff popping up like Italian and Greek when he has no ancestry from there. I managed to get my wife's simulated cords from g25 which looks like this
I don't get those kind of results on my side and have a few of my family tested as well, but it seems this Horner like ancestry is from her side.
I don't know where the Asian ancestry comes from in her family, but a few them look East Asian looking
