Muqdisho is the capital city of Somalia of course any Somali citizen can go there, unless you want to go back to the old civil war era.. We fought and we killed each other and every tribe lost wealth and family members.. But we need to move on.. Otherwise we might as well just balkanize Somalia and form our own small tribe based nations, just like triangle is trying to do.
