With all due respect, how are you putting conditions on a grieving parent? Her not being covered is between her and Allah, and irrelevant to the incident in which her son’s life was taken.

Even if the kid was criminal, all I spoke about was based of what I heard; both being Muslims. We don’t know much about how practicing they are/were aside from physical appearances. Refrain from making assumptions, especially claiming that they weren’t good Muslims. You don’t know them that well.
