I recalled that there were suppose to be more talks between Somalia and Ethiopia under Turkish mediation after the first rounds of talk didn't yield any results in September. Is this the final agreement?

Heard about that too, it’s just that what the minister said here is important since it goes with the timing. Ethiopians have slowed down on the port with them not acted on the alloted date which they said they would. The second round could just be an agreement reached.
