I found the lake to be the best place to hollar at them. I've been running around the lake lately and was able to talk to a few but I got a woman so didn't actually get their numbers. They usually do 2 rounds around the lake and you can tell the singles ones from not single ones. If they greet you first with asc or hi, it is a good sign they're single.
