For the last 3 years, I've been having a bad memory, I'm forgetting things easily, I can't think straight or remember what someone has told me.
Has anyone had this happen to them? What has helped you recover? I feel like I'm getting Alzheimer's early.

Walaal, I have a bit of a foggy brain when I stress too much. My advice would be don't search from Google. You will end up with fear and worry.
Go straight for a checkup if it gets worse.
 
Avoid anything with zero sugar as they have artificial sweeteners which are are neurotoxins which destroy your brain cells, they also come hidden in many cheap products too, read the labels always.

The same applies to fluoride, the biggest source of fluoride is tea, one cup of tea has more fluoride then 20 glasses of tap water, not only do you get brain fogs but it makes you stupid too over long term unless you counteract act with a high calcium intake, cut it all off.

Stop fapping or reduce it to no more then once or twice a week, your pissing away your life forces.

Consume nutrient rich foods especially of the nootropics type good for the brain, this includes lots of cacao, eggs, raisins, raw honey, dates etc. cacao is the best thing for your brain.

-Increase your healthy fat intake
(Avocado, olive, coconut, mct etc)
