So it's the survival of the fittest, and certain clans will be swallowed up by the stronger clans state's.
Shabellede hoose can only be an HGs state if it joins the South central districts of Mogadishu just like northern district of mogadishu will join Shabellede dhexe.
By the way HGs are already the deputy governor of Shabellede hoose and the defacto Mayor of Baraawe.

I may be a bit naive knowing how some of us think but make 100 states if that'll bring lasting peace and a true nation called Somalia. We should stop seing everything as a zero-sum game. Any gains we make is for the benefit of all somali.

Our strongest sub militarily in Xamar beesha daud wiil not allow the most southern banadir districts of Wadajir and Dharkenley all the way to jazeera which they dominate to be seperated from their kin up north. So many unanswered questions. We will not accept this and it sounds like BS. Either Banadir in its entirety is joined with Middle Shabelle or the two shabelles and Banadir. Nothing else
