She obviously needs to start exercising. But that isn’t the extent of her problem, bc if that were the case it wouldn’t explain the plenty of women who look like her, or worse and yet are still in relationships.

The fact is, there are differences in the metrics women and men generally measure each other by.

Many women tend to have a problem dating less educated and less ambitious men. She may very well have ruled out men who did want her, but didn’t meet her own metrics. She made the cornerstone of her speech about her achievements, and it is something worth valuing, but clearly its more important to her than it is to the men she’s trying to appeal to.

On the flip side, there are many men who would approach her otherwise (without the PhD), but automatically rule themselves out precisely bc they feel emasculated by it.

It’s actually becoming a societal problem of sorts as women become more extensively educated and men are graduating less.

I will probably end up like her (I plan to buy a house myself and have a high-paying job, which scares most men off from the jump).

Oh. I had an interview for a position I really wanted yesterday. It was pretty intense. 2 and a half hours. And I prepared a whole month for it. So I'm kind of on edge still. In about a week, I'll be back to normal.

Well, I hope you get it.

I’m sensing more than that, though.

I sort of get what kind of person you are, and what you mean. Believe me when I tell you, what you think you're reading within me does not exist.

Some people go all their lives trying to figure that out. So I’ll take the help/bite, what kind of person am I?

Whoa, way to call a guy out. I meant you're the type of person who'd read into things. It's a good quality to have. But from my experience, it's only useful for complex situations. When applied to the simple, it ends up being over the top.

As for other qualities I've noticed. You're opinionated, but have an air of "live and let live" about you. It's kind of contradictory. But I think you like that. Keeps people on their toes and shit.

For some reason, I have a funny feeling that the things you argue for, you argue for fun, but in order to keep it up, you wear a mask like you care, so that others think you're serious. Maybe I'm reading into things.

Interesting. I have to admit, I didn’t expect all that.

To my credit (reading into things), I did sense that something was up lol.

That last paragraph is pretty mysterious.

Men who are as educated as her have a pool of A LOT more attractive women to choose from.

Women tend to forget that men always have better options.

why would a well earning, educated nigga be with this fuusto?:heh:

Question
Do these chicks want men that are below them financially and less educated to approach them

Actually like last week or the week before I made a thread on here about a xalimo from twitter(we got some guys on here who do part time security work while in school) She made a thread about the Somali community. One of her tweets basically said

“Why do somali men think who grow their beards out and work part time security think they have the range to shoot their shots at xalimos with degrees.”

I only mentioned this chick because it was a recent example of a female looking down on other men for working a low paying job.

Depends on the girl.

Personally, I prefer a guy who went through rigorous schooling. That’s how I was raised. All my siblings have at least a Master’s. My dad has a pHD.

If he’s lazy, or perpetually unemployed, or has no intention of doing anything with his life, forget it.

Would I date a security guard? Maybe now, if he shows promise. After I get my doctorate? ...no. He’s unmotivated. You can already tell it’s not a stepping stone at that point. He plateaued.

That’s nice u have a well educated family.

I always invisioned myself being with a women who had a nice steady income.

Compared to a majority of guys on here I never envisioned having a housewife.

I guess that’s because growing up a majority of the older women I knew actually worked. I was surrounded by hardworking women.

So the idea of being with a broke female/a female that doesn’t work has always had a negative view in my mind.

I think guys who want stay at home moms tend to have had stay at home moms.

I have nothing against security guards. I don’t feel like I’d look down on anyone for their job. Ultimately, the person is more important, but I can’t shake that they’re stagnant. Is that all they want to do? I doubt it. So why are they?
