Of course. But not in our current shape. The dam though must be destroyed. If it isn't our oil will have to be exported further away, and we all know the Arabs don't need it. So all the way to countries like Turkey and Japan unless this foolish project is ended. This will also reduce water supply, and they're working on two other dams on Somali rivers too.

We have all the resources to put Somalia ahead of everyone, If Somaliland, Somali galbeed or any other region wants to become independent let us work like European union with free movement, same currency, same military like Nato

Somalia is a clan fiefdom, the president is just ceremonial like the Emperor of Japan. SL is just one of the clan fiefdoms that is tired of Muqdisho that wants to secede and they are not any different than Puntland.

I favor federation. We need to copy-paste the US federal system. Political parties should bve active across the nation based on political ideology and not clans or warlord futo massaging.

If the options are only between federation and Confederation, then i'd choice confederation any day. But as a Puntlander, I'd go a step further and choice independence from Somalia. What is the point of maintaining unity with a dead country?

Reality in the ground Dhulos all lands are not part of SL, still there is clans part of PL. Warsan lately kick you out from their land and you stick to one village called Yube. Samaroons already are part of you. So 5 gobols will not work unless you have 100% my friend.
