No I want a stable nation but still have power over other regions and police forces obey the central government not the mayor or regional governors.

I agree to share power trought political parties and votes but not by states with autonomy.

Somalia there is Somali ethnic, Madow ethnic called Somali Banti. Plus now Arabs. So yes Somalia has ethnic divisions. But main one its qabilyed.

It’s important to understand that Somalis have never had a single unified state. The south and the north had shared governance for less than 4 decades. And the whole project failed. It’s better each region goes their own way so they could develop their country.
