Yes, it's an upgrade proposal for the T-90 tank; it would add a bustle autoloader (with 22 rounds) to be used in tandem with the AZ autoloader at the bottom of the tank -- bringing the ready use rounds to 44...

..It would add weight, complexity and cost; and would expose the bustle ammunition to attacks from all angles, however, an extra 22 rounds would be incredibly useful -- but they must incorporate the use of microwave shell priming for the HE/HE-frag and HEAT rounds and the Arena-M APS.

I personally like the Burlak upgrade, however, I would reduce the capacity to 14 rounds and they would all be sabot rounds; the HE/HE-frag and HEAT rounds would remain in the AZ autoloader.

People have been heralding the end of the tank since it was first made; armies will adapt to the use of drones with sophisticated anti-drone electronic warfare packages; autocannons and upward facing APS systems.
