As much as I want to see Somaliland a country of its own, but I would rather we seek recognition elsewhere and protest for the port deal to not continue and work with Somalia in keeping Oromos and Ethiopia out and should be nowhere near our shores let alone land. Just look at this Oromo who wants Somaliland to become its own country through the port deal. And also read how he believes Somaliland belongs to Oromos pointing out Zeila and Hargeisa. I have a feeling the port deal agenda is really to annex Somaliland. And expand Oromia. This will give them free pass to move into our territory. I stand with Somalia as of now. I am honestly waking up of the dangers these Oromos are posing my.mother who is also Pro Somaliland dont want the deal to go through in other words is just an excuse to expand Oromos ideology and make it happen. #NOTANINCH

Is scary to even comprehend their plan but sadly a lot don't see what we are about to face if we don't protest against it and side with Somalia for the mean time. Literally the port going through means "Ethiopian" aka Oromo military being in our land for 50 years easily inviting a wave of Oromos who will assimilate into our clan rewrite history and easily annex Somaliland by saying I belong in this clan.

I might be overreacting, but I feel like this could be the start of the downfall for Somalia if we don't take action. We don't have any clear political objectives or aspirations anymore. In the past, we had grand ambitions like creating a greater Somalia, but we missed the opportune moment and made the wrong choice.

Spot on I feel like some of these accounts that are spewing anti somalia rhetoric are Oromos larping as a lander nationalist. But we have qabil system no qabil means your not Somali.
