I blame the puntland government for tolerating them so they can secure more aid. They’re is no explanation as to why they haven’t invaded those mountains and neutralised those who don’t have the support of the Somali clans.

Considered or not, behind closed-doors most nations know the reality. Just like Kosovo or Taiwan are “considered” a part of a country which has zero control of their affairs.

Now back on topic to the terrorists rampant in Somalia. Why can’t your federal govt defeat them? Is it because it is already infiltrated by terrorists like the Minister Of Religion Mukhtar Robow who was chilling with Bin Laden when the twin towers fell in 9/11, he was one of the founders of Somalian Al Qaeda for crying out loud! And still has a ransom on his head by the American govt!!!
