Dhy do you talk like a women? i've met *****y women who are less passive agressive than you are. Yes development in Somali region development is lower to Tigray, Amhara, Oromo but higher than Afar because somalis are seen as foreigners in Ethiopian land, but the poverty rate in DDS is in fact LOWER than the region i just mention.
