Ethiopia & Kenya shouldn't have been allowed to join Amisom

I support Kenya and Ethiopia’s rule in AMISOM. It’s in their interest to see stability in the region.

He made a deal to stop supporting rebel groups in Western Somalia in return Mengistu would cease & desist with SNM

Somalia never renounced its claim, nor did we with Kenya. The only thing we renounced was Djibouti

We accepted its independence

Yhe NFD border was done deal.And It was PM Igaal that signed the last binding arguement with Kenya in Arusha.

The Ogaden region is a done deal MSB signed the agreement to forfeit it in 1988.

The Somalia & Ethiopia Integration is work in progress as currently Failmajo is working to forfeit Somalia.

Afweyne did not really do a good job of backing OLF. He divided Qoti and Galbeedians/Hawdians Isaaq vs OG, OLF vs SoomaaliAboo. It would have been better to just support all liberation movements in Xabashistaan without taking sides, trying to control Qoti or anything like that

Ethiopia has always been in Somalia, mainly the border regions in the south. They got the green light to invade Xamar from other foreign countries mainly the US.

Irrespective western Somalia liberation was a failure

Would've been nice if the Somali & Oromo succeeded just like the tigrsy/tigrinya & managed to at the very least carve out a country 4 themselves

I agree but he might have thought they might have tribal relation to snm which was already one of the groups he was dealing with at that time.
