I doubt it is mostly christian nowadays but it might become.
There was a mass influx of Christian Amharas and Oromos all over Galbeed (mainly the big cities).
Muslim Oromos have been there for quite some times rn but they're also booming demographically speaking.

I don't like adressing Adares as "Hararis". This is just a blatant lie. Somalis and other groups that have disappeared today are also natives to the city.

Harar is pretty recent in Ethiopian/Horn African History. So the word "native" to me, means first dwellers/inhabitants of the city. Dir Somalis have always been in the northern part of hararghe. Gurgura, Issa, Akisho etc...
Somalis and Adares are natives to it.
