If you go as far back to the Garamantes Berber civilisation they were using Black African slave labour. Was there a major technological difference back then between Black Africans & outsiders? I don't think so.

Somalis live in the politically correct parts of the West like Minnesota, Canada, Norway, or Sweden. The cops are more well-behaved there.

Southern US cops are more extreme, not many Somalis live there.

There are clear-cut reasons for crime patterns. So if you understand this and still come out as racist, then you were somewhat racist, to begin with.

They can't change the socioeconomic system. They can only respond to crime and there are clear ethnic patterns with certain crimes.
