It is a study from Copenhagen done by 2 professor of economics from Copenhagen university and BI Norway and one senior economists. The study exposes corruption in governments that receive foreign aid. It shows that when the aid disbursement season begins, there is an increase in deposits in offshore banks.

EU/West does this for an reason. Their elites already know this information. FGS gets hundreds of millions in taxes. Can easily pay for soldiers. Yet relies on US. Since they wanna loot

Some of these countries that are giving the aid even demand that they give kick backs to the aid distributor or they will never receive aid in the future. I've even thing these kick backs are half of the aid. This how foreign ngo can create havoc in a country and tople governments.

All aid should be banned from entering the country unless it is in the form of hard, cold cash or military/infastructure/agricultural equipment, we have enough arable land to feed and sustain ourselves, the EU and US just want to dump their expired food aid into the country and then in a few years buy up the arable land.

Africa as a whole is governed by psychopaths and other individuals with troubled psychological profiles; those with pure hearts are rarely ever inclined to seek power let alone use the violence necessary to quell, restrain or deny the dangerous types that vye for power.

ngos are a branch of the intelligence agencies.
In Siyad barre's regime there were american ngos who were doing spy work the soviets noticed them right away because they were there to confirm if his government is communist. This was when they were planning on using Libiya and iran and yemen to take him out. It never happened but the soviets and ngos were battling behind the scenes The documents both sides wrote is available ask @Idilinaa

Foreign financing and aid often weaken governments by undermining local accountability. It doesn’t just allow corruption, it facilitates and entrenches it. That’s why it’s no accident that the Puntland government, despite facing similar functionality issues as other FMS, is generally seen as less corrupt and more locally rooted.

Why? Because Puntland receives far less aid and relies more on mobilizing domestic revenue. When a government depends on its own people for resources, it naturally becomes more responsive and accountable.

Think of it like this: as a worker, you’re loyal to your employer because they pay your salary. They can promote you or fire you. Your performance is tied directly to their satisfaction.

Now replace the worker with a politician. If that politician is funded and elected by the people, he’s answerable to them. He has to deliver results or risk being removed. But if most of his funding comes from outside, foreign donors, aid agencies, then he’s effectively working for them, not his constituents. Worse yet, since that money is often handed out with minimal oversight, there’s little pressure to use it responsibly.

So when people ask why aid-dependent governments often become stagnant or corrupt, this is the reason. It severs the natural link between a government and its citizens , and without that link, there’s no real accountability.

It is very true, some NGOS are foreign political actors . American NGOS are even cov ops run by the CIA and with the main aim at influencing policies and government. They are not running simple charities.
