Meanwhile somalis kill themselves over qabil , we really are a 68 IQ nation.

People really not to stop spreading that disgusting piece of complete misinformation:

The most annoying thing about that IQ thing is that it's a flat-out lie. It's from the known racist and charlatan Richard Lynn's original paper where they were shown to have fabricated the results of many countries to suit their agenda while pretty much ignoring the Flynn Effect which shows that, as countries industrialize, their average IQ rises to the level of current industrialized countries which, for example, explains the variability of Chines IQ since the 1980s.

You know what they did with Somalia? They tested one malnourished Ethiopian village with a supposed IQ of 64 then just assumed Somalia was at some sort of average between that single Ethiopian village and another neighboring country like Kenya where they again just used one small, biased sample. They never even tested any Somalis.

These people deserve to lynched for insulting and dehumanizing entire peoples like this. Human garbage. And shame on any self-hating Somali who ever quoted this crap and didn't do their homework.

Even as a meme to poke fun at Geeljires' legendary foolishness it is disgusting and dehumanizing.

Liyu police has no constitutional basis and was created first in the Somali region by PM Meles to crush ONLF. Other regions followed. The job of Liyu police is not clearly defined and most importantly what kind of weapon it can posses is also not defined. As we have seen in Tigray some of the Liyu police acquired heavy weaponry that is normally only allowed to be used by the Army. The Liyu police also was used by regional thugs/war lords to do their own personal job outside of the regional Parliament or judiciary. Besides, the Liyu police was used by regions to wage war between states.

A study on the Liyu police has now been finalized and concluded that the Liyu police has become a threat to the constitution and the state if left unchecked. The study that is now at the table of the PM office and looked at the practice of other democratic federal countries proposes to let the states have their own police force that is under the judiciary and that has no resembles with an army like Liyu police had. The police weapons it is allowed to use and the areas it is operating are strictly listed in the new proposed law etc.

I think this is a good step forward. We can't let regional Liyu police morph into armies and create havoc and civil war. Our experience in Tigray is more than enough. No regional force should be a threat to the federal army and no regional president should morph into a regional war lord. The restructuring is overdue!

Regional armies are the bane of the Horn in general. A lot of Somalia's qabilist issues would be much less of a problem if every federal region didn't practically have its own army. Creating states within states... it's asking for civil war.

Its obviously not true since sub 70 IQ is mental retardation however it has been entrenched in Somalispot non-nomenclature to mean somalis are incredibly qabilist and short sighted.

Oromos, Amhara and Afar will never agree to disband their Iiyu police , why shall the Somali accept this nonsense ?

Every state in Ethiopia has its own Liyu police and it will be dismantled and replaced by regional "normal" police force whether Amhara, Oromo or Somali region likes it or not. Liyu Police of the states have become a national security threat and a threat to the very existence of the state. Read my detailed input above.

That's why I suggest a return of dictatorship. Somalis cannot do well underneath democracy and we have achieved our greatest under dictatorship which was GOOD.

No they will not be disbanded.
Only Somali liyu polis will be disbanded and wil be looting centre( Walmart) for ENDF to help themselves.
Abye has lost the Amhara state. No Amhara Liyu would disband when they are facing extinential threat from Sudan,Oromo and Tigray.

No Oromo Liyu Polis would disband when they are facing extinential threat from Amhara.

Both Amhara & Oromo Liyu polis are close to half a million if not and are very powerful also add the volunteers and other paramilitaries not registered as Liyu polis.

The Somali Liyu Polis is probably under 40K or merely 20K.
The moment Somali Liyu Polis is disbanded.
Afar will start claimming more land, while Oromo will be curving out more land from Moyale and Amhara will be running Jigjiga like its little Bahir dar.

We well know how useless and biased ENDF is agaisnt Somalis and how they always conspired with oromos militia and afars militia in looting and destroying somali properties and killing civilians.

The IC has advised Abye to stop the sham elections and start a peace process that will de escalate the current situation in Ethiopia which is dire and which the Chief of Justice Jula said that the Ethiopia is at risk of disintegrating.

Why not focus on quelling OLA, TDF and Sudanese forces that are actual national threats? Somali region is peaceful, your priorities don't make sense.
