Egypt has no allies in Africa and their military is being exposed badly in all corners.

All of North Africa hates Egypt. Soon, they will have a pro Turkish Libya next door who is already normalizing ties with anti-Egypt Algeria. Can you imagine how many Turkish backed Muslim Brotherhood sleeper cells will get in Egypt after this?

Somalia, Kenya and Uganda are strong allies of Ethiopia and won't allow them to open a base to attack. Turkey will just strengthen East African countries even more to counter Egypt and use Ethiopia to take advantage of the Nile.

Not much benefit. But it maintains diplomatic ties formally. It doesn't demand anything from us atm, so I don't see the point in leaving. It might come handy in the future when we have stronger regional foothold.

The league is a neutral thing for us. Don't project your personal feelings for Arabs or other people in general towards political affairs, think more pragmatically. We can similarly take part in whatever macro organizations in Africa, and benefit. It depends on our position to negotiate, which is weak right now. We can't even properly utilize the best organizations if we got the offer because of the current domestic affairs.
