Im kinda mascot kid in the family.

I hate conflict and confrontation within the family. I do whatever I can to settle them down.

Conflict and confrontation are necessary part of communication.
Settling down things is the same as enabling the problem.
People fight so they can get to a solution, "settling" things is the same as sweeping
sht under the rough, doesn't solve anything short to long term.
