**** has no qabil = women should refrain from participating in patriarchal activities but men can freely participate in them, even tho it’s 10x more harmful when the men do it . Only a women would care abt her qabil is bec somali men in power made it integral in their country. reducing a women to a part of anatomy is misogynistic bec the phrase came from a man. And women do have qabil, why do people ask a women her qabil before anything? I’ve seen women get attacked for being a different tribe in a different clans city.

Tribalism was very intrinsic in the Somali Peninsula as a whole and every facet of its Societal Condition had Qabyaalad as its DNA.
